In parallel to the 2017 general assembly season, Ethos publishes on its website a page dedicated to the remuneration of the chairmen and CEO of the 20 most important Swiss companies for the year 2016.
This page will be constantly updated throughout the year as companies communicate their remuneration. It allows to instantly have an overview of the total remuneration of the chairmen and CEO of the SMI listed companies.
As part of the general assembly analyses, Ethos also publishes on its website the voting positions of all Swiss listed companies, two workdays before the general meeting. The voting recommendations are based on the 16th edition of the Proxy Voting Guidelines and Corporate Governance Principles, also available on the Ethos website.
