Following the cancellation of Dr. Vasella’s non-compete agreement, Ethos changed its position and recommends to grant the discharge to the board of directors

Novartis announced today the cancellation of the non-compete agreement between the company and the departing chairman of the board, Dr. Daniel Vasella. Given that Novartis has positively responded to this request, Ethos recommends to discharge the board.
